Returning the Favor to the World

Verse 1
Crossing the long river of time, I land quietly
Riding a bamboo horse in the mountains and fields, catching fish and shrimps in the streams
Time uses sweetness as ink to paint the picture of growth
In my ignorance, I gradually understand the meaning of the word "gift"
Reflecting on the past, the world's gifts are like stars pouring down
What should I use as a sincere repayment?

Verse 2
I will write down several poems with my heart
And spread several songs with deep affection
The poetry lingers, gently sucking the care of the moonlight
The songs curl up, slowly blooming the flowers of praise for love
Love and hate outline the picture of a splendid dream
Sorrow and joy grow lush into the branches of affection
Laughter and tears intertwine, making love sublimate

The world gives me the elegance of dawn and dusk
What can I give in return to this warm home?
My burning heart melts without reservation
Being sober or muddled is an answer that never fades
Being strong or vulnerable are all the waves of life
Why bother about the sandstorms of the past?
